Overview:


The Product Manager leads and owns strategic marketing, new business development,branding, lifecycle management of designated product portfolios and/or animalspecies growth opportunities.


Thisposition will develop, implement and manage effective marketing and productplans as well as provide marketing support to customer programs and events forsales growth and profitability.


Main Responsibilities:


1.Leadmarketing strategy for the assigned business segment(s) and product category.


2.Own andmanage product portfolios as well as champion a specific animal segment, towork with cross-functional teams to promote, attract and create new businessleads and projects.


3.Build anddrive execution of business strategy and key product plan with well-integratedmarketing plans and selling tools to support customer events and activities, incooperation with digital marketing & communication, sales, technicalservice and R&D teams.


4.Developproduct pricing strategy and programs with pricing and volume discountschedules to balance market share and profitability for optimized results.


5.Championportfolio development, innovation and new product launch for the assignedproduct categories.


6.Own marketintelligence for competitions and customer insights in designated segment.


7.Act as ago-to-person for global and regional alliances and communications acrossfunctions.


Requirements:


1.5~8 years ofrelevant experience in strategic marketing, product development or technicalwith a customer-oriented mindset, focus Ｏn animal Intestinal Health portfolios.


2.Master orDoctor degree in animal science/ food science/ bio science is preferred.


3.Universityeducation or equivalent experience in veterinary medicine would be a plus.


4.Excellentinterpersonal and communications skills are required.


5.Passion anddrive to make a difference, immediate contribution and a sense of urgency.


6.Good analysisability and skill with creating marketing concepts and solutions.


7.Experience instrategic planning or business intelligence analysis would be a plus.
