QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 任职资格与经验要求:
•Degree ofVeterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary college.
拥有正规兽医学位。
•Advanceddegree (MS or PhD) in a medical or agriculture field, preferred.
医学或农业领域的高级学位(硕士或博士)优先。
•Proficientspeaking and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
良好的中英文读写能力。
•Minimum 2years of experience in breeding pig production.
至少两年的种猪生产经验。
•Minimum 3years of experience in swine medicine (biosecurity and disease control andelimination). Some International experience work with foreign experts ispreferred.
至少3年猪兽医学(生物安全和疾病控制与净化)工作经验。有与外国专家合作的国际经验者优先。
•Experiencein disease control and elimination, for example, PRRS and PED elimination.
有疾病控制和净化的经验，如PRRS和PED净化。
•Competenceto evaluate breeding pig production systems and to generate interventionstrategies to improve herd health, production processes, andproduction/financial results.
具备评估种猪生产系统的能力，并制定干预措施以改善猪群健康、生产流程和生产/财务业绩。
•Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
良好的沟通、人际关系和组织能力。
•Abilityto work with all levels of production systems (owners, senior managers,production managers, technicians, nutritionists, veterinarians).

RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:
•Implementthe Health Assurance Program that protects PIC customers’ herds:
实施健康保障计划，保护PIC客户的猪群：
1. Monitor the health and surveillance program for specific PIC’scustomers.
为PIC特定客户制定猪群健康和监控计划。
2. Perform risk assessments of the PIC multiplication flows and proposerisk mitigation strategies.
对PIC扩繁体系进行风险评估，并提出降低风险的策略。
3. Actively participate in health-related data collection, organizationand analysis.
积极参与健康相关数据的收集、整理和分析。
•RepresentPIC and provide science-based information to the scientific community throughnational and international professional venues.
代表PIC，在国内外的专业平台为科学界提供具备科学依据的信息。
•Establisheffective professional relationships with customers and key productionpersonnel to enable PIC account objectives and product performance.
与客户和主要生产人员建立有效的专业关系，以实现PIC客户目标和产品性能。
•Work withcustomers to maximize genetic potential of PIC products within customers’herds.
与客户合作，使PIC产品在客户猪群中的遗传潜力最大化。
•Performassessment of customers’ herds to generate specific best-practicerecommendations aiming to mitigate risk of disease introduction-disseminationand to improve herd health.
对客户的猪群进行评估，提出具体可行的建议，以降低疾病传播风险，改善猪群健康。
•Remaincurrent in areas of responsibility through establishing a network of industryand academic contacts, studying literature and attending scientific/industrymeetings.
通过建立行业和学术交流网络，学习文献并参加科学/行业会议，在职责范围内保持与时俱进。
•Holdconfidential all Genus products and program proprietary knowledge as well ascustomer specific information.
对公司所有产品和程序的知识产权以及客户的具体信息保密。
