POSITION AIM职位目标：
Work closely with the sales team, in line with the principleof customer centric, through customer contact, understanding customer needs,providing solutions, solving customer problems, meeting customer needs,maintaining customer relationship, improving customer satisfaction, andultimately achieving customer loyalty and cooperation with the company andwin-win. At the same time, as the hub of many departments, it coordinates theinternal and external resources of the company, distributes the company\'sproducts reasonably, so as to satisfy the demends of customers and maximize thecompany\'s interests.
与销售团队紧密合作，本着客户至上的原则，通过客户联系、了解客户需求、提供解决方案、解决客户问题、满足客户需求、维持客情关系，提高客户满意度，最终实现客户忠诚地与公司合作。同时作为众多部门的枢纽，协调公司内外部资源，将公司的产品合理分配，既满足客户需求，将公司利益最大化。

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
任职资格和经验要求：
•Minimumof B.S. in Animal Science or Veterinary from an accredited college.
动物科学或动物医学以上学历。
•Excellentinterpersonal skills. Ability to work with various levels of the operation anddifferent departments.
具备优秀的沟通能力，能够很好地与各层面、各部门的人交流。
•Willingnessto work with flexibility and resilience including ability to adapt to changingor uncertain conditions.
能够接受有灵活性的工作，有一定的适应能力和抗压能力，包括适应变化和不确定条件的能力。
•Strongproficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
熟练使用MicrosoftOffice应用软件。
•Abilityto work as part of a team is required.

•Goodskill in English speaking and writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责：
•ContractManagement: Work with KAM team for drafting, modifying and managing salescontracts.
合同管理：与大客户经理合作，根据客户要求和公司的规则，起草、修改种猪销售合同，并管理合同状态。
•Timelycollect and maintain customer profiles regularly.
及时收集和日常维护客户资料。
•Assistcustomers to apply for transport permit, certifications etc. Paperwork isneeded.
协助客户办理跨省运输审批表、种畜禽生产经营许可证等证件。
•Organizeand coordinate department meeting,
组织和协调常规的部门会议。
•Arrangeteam building activities.
安排团队建设活动。
•Recordattendance for KAM team.
记录大客户经理团队的考勤。
•Supporttrade show and symposium.
支持公司的展会、论坛等活动。
•Otherwork related to sales support.
其他与销售支持相关的一些工作。
