QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
任职资格和经验要求:
•Juniorcollege or bachelor’ degree, majored in animal husbandry and veterinary orother professionals willing to engage in animal husbandry and veterinaryrelated work.
专科或本科学历,主修畜牧兽医相关专业或乐于从事畜牧兽医相关工作的其他专业人员。
•About 3years relevant working experience.
拥有三年左右的相关工作经验。
•Knowledgeof pig production and slaughtering should be mastered.
须掌握生猪生产和屠宰的相关知识。
•Integrity,can adhere to principles.
正直诚信,能坚持原则。
•Compressionand rebound ability.
抗压和反弹能力。
•Richexperience in customer management and experience in dealing with unexpectedcustomer situations.
丰富的客户管理经验,并拥有解决突发客情的处置经验。
•Goodtime management ability, be able to balance non working time work processingbased on the particularity of supply chain by-products.
良好的时间管理能力,能基于供应链副产品工作的特殊性,平衡好非工作时间的工作处理。
•Proficientin MS Outlook mail system and MS office software system.
能熟练操作MSOutlook邮件系统及MSOffice办公软件系统。
•Excellentpresentation and ability to communicate and establish good relationships withtarget groups at all levels.
具备优秀的演讲以及与各层级目标人群沟通和建立良好关系的能力。
•Abilityto establish and maintain long-term good working relationship with customers.

•Beingable to accept domestic business trip.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责:
•Developby-product customers, draw up and implement sales plan, ensure supply chainproduction turnover and PIC profit growth.
开发副产品客户,拟定和落实销售方案,保障供应链生产周转及PIC利润增长。
•Throughcontinuous customer management and development, adjust sales strategy accordingto market changes to achieve sales goals.
通过持续的客户管理和开发,随市场的变化相应调整销售策略以达成销售目标。
•Act asthe main contact person of the customer and explain the PIC to the customer.
担当客户接触PIC的主要对应联络人,向PIC准确阐释客户需求。
•Handlethe random demand of customers in time.
及时处置客户的随机需求。
•Setsales targets for existing and potential businesses.
为现有及潜在的业务制定销售业务目标。
•Coordinatethe supply chain and finance department to deal with the problems in time andimplement the results.
协调供应链和财务及时处置落实问题处置结果。
•Identifyprofit growth opportunities, and coordinate with customers and PIC relateddepartments to adjust strategy in time.
识别利润增长机会,并协调客户与PIC相关部门及时调整策略。
•Thework was carried out according to the three criteria of PIC
按照PIC的3项准则开展工作:
(1)ProtectPIC\'s independent intellectual property rights;
保护PIC自主知识产权;
(2)Maintainor promote the return on investment between PIC and our shareholders;
维持或促进PIC与我们股东的投资回报;
(3)Providebetter solutions for our customers.
为我们的客户提供更好的解决方案。
•Createand manage sales expenses within budget.
在预算范围内创建并管理销售支出。
•Developand maintain by-product customer plan, manage sales forecast / revenue.
制定与维护副产品客户计划,管理销售预测/收入。
•Learnand understand PIC strains, products and classic breeding programs.
学习和了解PIC品系、产品以及经典配种方案。
•Learnpig sales business.
学习种猪销售业务。
